Refund policy

All artworks and products are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

Change of mind

Due to the nature of original artworks and limited-edition pieces, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at art2die4@brycegallery.co.nz, providing:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Original artworks

Original artworks are final sale unless damaged in transit. Variations in colour or texture due to screen display differences are not considered faults.

Return conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be authorised by us before return

  • Be returned in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
